How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5–7 business days. To ensure quality, we only ship Monday through Thursday to avoid potential heat damage during transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

What is your return policy?

Due to costs, we do not accept returns. If there’s a manufacturing issue, contact us with photos, and we’ll send a replacement.

Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep them away from high humidity or temperatures to preserve their color and texture.

Do I need to trim the wick?

Yes, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use for a clean, even burn.
